The San Francisco Mandolin Orchestra performs its fourth of four “Winter” concerts at 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 13, featuring works by classic masters Sibelius, Vivaldi and, just for balance, a piece to celebrate bluegrass legend Bill Monroe.  This well-rehearsed group of players will impress. They’ll perform at First Church of Christ Scientist, 522 B St. in Petaluma. Tickets are $10-$15 at brownpapertickets.com.
