Help Petaluma icon Michael Bug Deakin launch his book, “Heritage Salvage — Reclaimed Stories,” from 2-7 p.m. Tuesday at Hopmonk Tavern, 230 Petaluma Ave., Sebastopol. The book covers Deakin’s passion for reclaiming dilapidated buildings and helping them find their inner elegance.
Special guests include Julia Butterfly Hill, Dean Biersch of Hopmonk, Sondra Bernstein of the girls and the fig, Primo Publisher Chris Gruener, designer Iain Morris and editor Mark Burstein.
