Twenty years ago, the Petaluma community came together to look for one of its own, Polly Klaas. The Polly Klaas Foundation – formed as a result of that search, invites the community to an evening of commemoration and hope from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4. The free event includes a formal presentation from former FBI Agent Ed Freyer, who was instrumental in solving the case, local youth performances and a non-denominational message of healing and hope.

Seats may be reserved by calling 769-1334 or visiting pollyklass.org. The event is at the Petaluma Community Center, 320 N. McDowell Blvd.
