Hop on a kayak, canoe or rowboat from 12:30 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 30, at Steamer Landing Park on Copeland St. for the Petaluma River Heritage Center’s Small Boat Trick or Treat. It’s free for all ages, with costumes a must.
Leave the dock at 1 p.m. and trick or treat from your boat at the turning basin. Return at 2 p.m. for costume awards and music by Conception Vessel One. Bring your own boat or contact Eve at 769-0910 to reserve one free. Rain cancels.
